The thing that helps me stick around is trying to see the beauty in things even when the fog begins to thicken. Like noticing a butterfly or the massive trunks of a tree. And beautiful moments with others and life in general. It’s a hard battle. Sending you lots of ease 🤎
I totally understand and relate with this. My back started going out at age 19, while i was a junior in college. I have degenerative disc disease as well as several other chronic health conditions. Emphysema, interestingly cystitis, venous insuffinentcy, neropathy, migraines, hypersomnia, CPTSD, the list goes on... I've had several back surgeries over the years and Iam in chronic pain. Im disabled. I lost my career. I grieve the loss of that and so many things...I've had a nervous breakdown and was hospitalized for two weeks. Its hard NOT to have suicidal ideations when you hurt every single second of every day. Im sorry anyone else goes through this at all, but on the flip side, its nice knowing im not all alone. Suffering with chronic pain and chronic health conditions can feel so isolating and lonely.
I love this!! Thank you so much! I see you!!
A lot of this resonates. Thank you ✨
